Come to your closing fully prepared with the following items:

• Certified Check made payable to Getter Law Offices, PA in the exact amount given to you by your loan professional or real estate representative. (if applicable to your closing)
• Drivers License (or, if none, other form of picture ID)
• Original Power of Attorney (if you are signing on behalf of someone)
• Any items required by your lender.
• If married, both spouses are required to attend the closing even if spouse is not a borrower.
